Our products are entirely handmade, which means each item is different and unique in its own way. Extra special care and attention to detail has gone into making the products especially for you.

Your order is important to us and every effort will be made to ensure the product you receive will be as stated and suitable for purpose. All materials, fabric, notions etc. are sourced within the UK
Changes to your order
If you need to make a change to your order please contact us by email as soon as possible. we will endeavour to make these changes possible
In the rare event that we may need to change a fabric etc. we will contact you via email and work with you to find a suitable substitute
All orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail within 2/3 working days, we will keep you informed every step of the way. As we use a 2nd class postal service, unless otherwise stated please allow at least 3 days for delivery.
Please note: Memory bears will be dispatched between 2 -3 weeks after purchase. You will be updated at all times and once completed they will be shipped by 1st class signed for service.
Please contact us via email if your order hasn’t been received, 7 days after dispatch date.
All products are checked thoroughly for quality prior to dispatch. Should you find an item faulty, it is your responsibility to notify us within 5 days and return the item to us within 14 days. An exchange or refund will be issued once we have the goods back.
Return shipping costs will be paid by us if an item is found to be faulty/damaged in the post/sent in error.
Personalised/Custom made products are non refundable unless faulty.
Please return the item in the same condition, in suitable, secure packaging. We will refund the item price on return, the original p&p charge is non refundable.
It is your responsibility to supply us with your full address. we are not responsible for lost mail due to incorrect/incomplete mail addresses.
